D.S. Brown has supplied over 330,000 LF of our Delastic preformed pavement compression seal to the Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) Harbors Division Kapalama Container Terminal (KCT) project at Honolulu Harbor. The project is the cornerstone of the Harbors Modernization Plan and is the largest capital improvement project in Hawaii harbor’s history.
